What is is the official suite rental website for all Moda Center concerts and events, outside of Portland Trail Blazers games. This website is operated by the Portland Trail Blazers and Moda Center and powered by SuitePro.

Am I buying directly from Moda Center?

Yes. The suites posted for sale on this website are directly from the Portland Trail Blazers and Moda Center.

How is my information protected?

Your personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information are protected using industry-standard data encryption and security measures. If you provide payment information to purchase a suite, your payment information will be handled in accordance with PCI DSS, the information security standard for protecting credit card data. Shopping for a Suite

How do I book a Moda Center suite?

To rent a suite at Moda Center, click on the Moda Center event you wish to attend via the RESERVE NOW page to see available suite options. A suite can be purchased directly from the website by entering your credit card details or by contacting the Portland Trail Blazers Premium Seating Department at 844.MODA.365 or [email protected].

To lease a Moda Center Suite for the entire year, which includes Trail Blazers games, concerts, and family shows, click on SUITE OWNERSHIP for more information.

When do I get my tickets after booking a suite?

All suite tickets and parking passes will be mobile-only. After your purchase, you will be assigned the Trail Blazers online account and provided instructions on how to access and download your tickets. Tickets cannot be printed and must be presented on your mobile phone. It is recommended that you electronically transfer tickets directly to your suite guests to ensure access into Moda Center. Tickets will be loaded onto your Account no later than 2 business days after purchase.

How are my tickets delivered?

Will the suite be private to my group?

All Executive, Legacy and Party suites are private, exclusive to your party only. Wine Studios are a semi-private space.

Are suites ADA accessible?

Yes. Once your suite is reserved, a Premium Seating representative will follow up with you. Please let them know at that time and we will make sure the suite is set up for your needs.


What forms of payment are accepted?

Acceptable forms of payment include:

  • All major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
  • Mobile Payment (Apple Pay)

Suites can also be purchased via ACH transfer or overnight check after speaking with a representative.

Is payment required in full?

Payment in full is required upon booking in order to secure a suite.

Are there any additional fees?

No. The price you see is the price you pay. There are no hidden fees.

Please note: Should you choose additional catering, there would be additional associated expenses.

Refund Policy

Can I cancel my suite reservation?

Per our sales terms and conditions, all suite sales are final. For more information on rescheduled events or canceled events see below.

What if my event is postponed/rescheduled?

Should an event be postponed; your suite tickets will be valid for the rescheduled event. If the new date no longer works, you will be eligible for account credit.

What if my event is cancelled?

If the event is canceled, a refund will be issued to the purchaser.

Planning Your Premium Experience

How and when do I order catering?

All single-event suite rentals include an inclusive catering package which includes one of the “Suite Entrée Packages” listed on the Preorder Menu.

Additional catering is available to purchase at an added cost in advance of your event. Following your suite purchase, a Premium Seating representative will be in touch via email or phone to provide you with further catering instructions.

Guests can forego a catering preorder in lieu of event day (in-suite) ordering. Please note: the Event Day Suite Menu offers a limited selection of items in comparison to the Preorder Menu.

Any catering preorders will be due 3 business days prior to an event.

Am I required to purchase catering?

No, in-suite catering is not required to purchase and there are no catering minimums.

How much does catering typically cost?

After reserving your suite, you will receive a full catering menu, with pricing. Packages are set based on the number of people in the suites. Spend is based on the type of food (snacks vs. full meals) and total number of people.

On average, groups that purchase in-suite catering will spend $100 per person in their group for a spread of food and drink (alcohol included). There is no catering minimum and catering is not required.

Can I purchase additional tickets (also known as Standing Room Only tickets or "SROs") for my suite?

SROs are permitted and depend on your suite-type.

  • Executive Suite – 6 SROs
  • Legacy Suite – 20 SROs
  • POA Party Suite - 30 SROs

What is the child ticket policy for suites?

Suites are a great option for families attending a game with younger children. Children 2 years of age and under will not require a separate ticket for admission into Moda Center.

What am I permitted to bring into the suite (and Moda Center)?

Does my suite ticket give me access to other areas?

Yes. Your suite ticket provides access to the Umpqua Bank Suite Level and Premium 365 Club Level, in addition to the 100-, 200- and 300-levels. It does not provide access to Courtside/Event Level.

Game Day Questions

Where do I park?

Your suite will include parking passes in the Garden Garage, attached to the Moda Center. You will be provided with additional details on where and how to park once you reserve your suite online.

Where do I find the VIP Entrances?

The exclusive Suite level entrance is located in the lobby of the Garden Garage, on level P5.

When does my suite open?

All suites on the Umpqua Bank Suite level open 1 to 1.5 hours prior to the beginning of the event.

Can I order food/beverage from the suite during the event?

Yes. Each suite is serviced by a dedicated suite attendant. In-game food and drink orders can be placed via the attendant. A Gameday Suite Menu will be in the suite upon arrival. The Gameday Menu is slightly more limited than the Pre-Event Catering Menu, however, you’ll still find stadium favorites and plenty of beverages available (water, soft-drinks, beer, wine, liquor). In-suite catering items are served in group-portions, not individually.

Do I tip our suite attendant?

Gratuity is customary, but certainly up to your discretion.

If I have an issue with my suite on an event day, who can I contact?

The Premium 365 Concierge Desk, located inside the Suite Level Entrance, is staffed throughout the duration of the event. Team members are always happy to assist. Additionally, you can always call your dedicated Suite Attendant for food & beverage needs.
